The following is to inform you on how your personal data is processed.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data

You can basically use our online service without revealing your identity. If we request any personal data (such as your name, address or e-mail address) on our website, e.g. through contact forms or as part of the login / registration process, provision of these details is on a voluntary basis. We use this information for our own business purposes (such as sending out requested material / information).

If you have any questions, you can contact us using the form provided on our website. In this form, the details marked compulsory are required to help us allocate and answer your query.
Any other details may be provided voluntarily. The contact request data is processed in compliance with Art. 6(1) (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) based on your voluntary agreement.

The personal data collected by us for use of the contact form will be deleted upon completion of your query and expiry of all applicable tax-related and commercial retention periods.

You can revoke any consent you have once given, e.g. for receiving a newsletter or other interesting information from us, at any time without providing any reasons, effective for the future from the time of your revocation. To do so, you may use the above-mentioned contact form or another method mentioned in the newsletter.

The contents of these pages were created with utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee that these contents are correct, complete and up to date. As a service provider, we are liable under general law for our own contents on these pages.

We reserve the right to adjust this data protection policy from time to time to ensure that it is in line with applicable legal requirements or to implement into the data protection policy any changes in our services, e.g. when new services are introduced. The updated data protection policy then applies to your revisit.
